Good morning girls!

Today's workouts:

YT-Julie Jones Fitness- "No Repeat Total Body & Jump Rope Cardio" - 26 min. (Julie uses a ropeless rope)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Total Body Reset" Rowing & Weights EMOM/AMRAP

That's it. Need to get back on some cleaning...hopefully.......... Have a good day!

Nicki, have you ever checked out CrossRope's Ropeless Sets? I still would like to get a set, with the 1/4 lb & 1/2 lb attachments, I think it's called the Get Lean Set. I think they're kinda' pricey, but they have good reviews all the way around. Nora has a set of them and likes them. Maybe one of these days! :) In the meantime, I love the Spri ropeless that I use and I have a set that I got from Amazon too, that has weighted handles. Those work great too.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I was at the gym waay too long (2.5 hours) but only 105 minutes was an actual weight lifting workout . No cardio today thus no circuit, just weights.

I did 4 leg machines, bench press to 95 pounds for 1 rep, 2 chest machines, back machine, cables for shoulders 2 different exercises (lat pull down and short bar pull), dumbbells for chest flyes, hammer curls, triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Then floorwork for abs , legs and glutes with a stretch.

Hopefully I will feel this workout later.

Tomorrow I am having oral surgery so no workout.

Nice job on allof your workouts today, you guys are awesome. Today was an impromptu rest day and I need to ice my left foot as plantar facitis is making its appearance again, ugh! Anyways, rest and ice today and workout tomorrow is the plan.
