Today was Leg day!! I did every machine but 1. I was able to increase weight on everything. Incline leg press 3 sets (1 set of 15 with 1 45 on each side, 2nd set 2 45's on each side for 10 then 3 45's on each side for 8.
Then used same machine for calves with only 1 45 on each side for 3 sets of 15.
Then I did both the machine leg extension and machine leg curl machine , not sure the final weight on those.
Did the lying hamstring machine max was 25 pounds that machine is a killer.
Did both inner and outer thigh machines up to 55 pounds .
Also did the seated calf machine.
Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises plus 6 deadlifts and a stretch.
All in all 65 minutes.
