Good morning ladies!

Well, here I am, for now.........but I still don't think things are right...........We'll see. I am about to pull my hair out!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Nothing But Upper Body" - 37 min. Luckily, I have purchased a ton of CatheLives over the last several years, so I have many of them I can do
without needing internet. Same thing with some of Kelly's Raw workouts too.
VideoSki- 10 min. Sugarloaf, Maine skier workout.

Have a good day girls, it snowed here yesterday, but supposed to be around 75 degrees this week! Crazy!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of an LMR2 warm-up + a 30 minute bodyweight workout (AMRAP style - tough) + triceps segment from 2.0 Upper Body 1. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I empathize with your frustration. When my internet isn't working in the morning and, after many attempts to fix it, I get my husband up outta bed :( . I'm not overly adaptive when it comes to my morning workout. I feel for you!

Nicki - thanks for checking in. I've heard hip replacement surgery recovery is pretty quick. Is this what you've been told? We'll have you back posting your workouts in no time, fingers crossed :)
Nora - I'm getting a spin bike! Ill be spinning some mornings just like you! Yeah. I'll have to watch my back issues this time around. My DH's fitness coach is moving to Italy and selling her spin bikes.

Hi ladies,

1st an update on my hubby's job : his boss got wind that he wasn't happy so they had a meeting. His boss gave him a couple of things that she is working on. 1st he can go part time and keep all his benefits so that is good to know. Also she is working on a succession plan for who will take over once he does decide to retire. So I think he feels better now knowing that he could go part time to start vs just flat out retiring with no benefits. Thanks for praying.

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 back machines, 3 leg machines( inner and outer thigh machines and the glute machine) and then various bicep exercises consisting of preloaded barbell bicep curls using a 20 pound barbell for 12 reps, 30 pounds for 10 and 40 pounds for 6. Then dumbbells for hammer curls, hammer with a twist, wrist curls, concentration curls and bicep curls and reverse down. My biceps were fried.

Then I went to the sled and did my usual heavy day sled up to 13 plates. It was a bear but I pushed it.

Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes including 1 hip flexor exercise with a nice stretch.

Great 90 min. Back & biceps day Annette with legs, sled & floorwork for legs, abs and glutes thrown in for good measure. Yay on hubby’s job situation. Sounds great!

Siobhan, sounds like good cardio and some weights mix of an LMR2 warm-up + a 30 minute bodyweight workout (AMRAP style - tough) + triceps segment from 2.0 Upper Body The surgeon told me the surgery is only about an hour. Sounds like the recovery is worse and that I would be feeling the "soft tissue' pain. I'm just ready to get it done and be myself again and get back to my workout routine.

There's lots of YT stuff, I like Kaleigh Cohen, Joe Alvarado, Kirsten Allen, Spin Junkie just to name a few I've tried and love. My all time faves are Kaleigh Cohen Cycling, Joe Alvarado, and Spin Junkie. I also have all of Cathe's Cycle workouts and some Virtual Active Bikes workouts as well. Great job on today's workouts with:

I strongly recommend Kaleigh Cohen's Post Cycling Stretches- important do after every cycle because glutes & hams can get tight and those stretches target those areas to prevent issues- Good Stuff!
