Today I did a mix of two KB workouts from YT - about 40 minutes in total. I will do my own stretch now.

WTG with your workouts yesterday everyone! We all got something in for the day. Yeah :).

CoffeyFit Raw- "Total Body Strength Weight Plates workout" - 28 min.
YT-CrossRope- "Quick JumpRope Hiit w/Jennika" - 15 min.

Hi ladies,

Great workouts so far!

Today I stayed home only because yesterday's workout was so long and I couldn't come up with anything to do at the gym.

So I pulled out one of my Sweat with Annette Interval Workouts #2 modified version. 60 minutes of fun music and challenging moves (if you remember it is composed of 1,2,2 structure for 10 rounds; 1 minute of high/ moderate intensity cardio move, 2 minutes of a moderate to low intensity cardio move and then 2 minutes of weight work) plus a warm up and a cooldown stretch.

It was so much fun.

Anyway, I am a sweaty mess, yes,I actually sweated with this one.

Anyway, my workout is done.

It was Linda, but my feet are paying for it now, ouch!! Hopefully if I keep moving the pain will subside.

Tomorrow I have 2 dentist appointments back to back so unless I get up really early there probably won't be a workout tomorrow.

One appointment is with the oral surgeon to uncover the implants he put it back in October I think. It is at 12:40

Then I have a cleaning at 2:50 with my regular dentist. So I will be camping out at the dentist office. Hummm maybe I could walk the medical campus like the employees do to get steps in...might be an option if I get tired of reading.

Today was my first day back in the office since Dec 16th! It was hard to get up. I was spoiled for those 19 days! Dinner with a colleague after work so I didn't get anything in today. Tomorrow I'm remote so I'll get one in:)

Sorry no workout today it was a unscheduled rest day. I have not been getting enough sleep and it greatly affects my MS.

I did read all your workouts today:

Siobhan- WTG on your 2 YT- KB workouts= 40 Min + your own stretch- Awesome stuff!

Annette- Sounds like you had a fun workout at with "Sweat with Annette" and it sounds like you did, LOL!!
Sorry to hear your feet are sore. Then tomorrow is 2 dentist appointments back to back. One for a cleaning, and
the other for the oral surgeon regarding implants. Prayers and blessings for a good outcome;)

Nicki- You had a nice break. It's always tough getting back into the swing of things, hang in there:)
