Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a mix of YT Dan the hiit man - upper body weights for 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of a YT KB workout. That's it for me.

Great workouts yesterday, Annette and Nora. And yeah to hubby and sons shoveling :)
Linda - is your internet down again? I hope that's not the case!
Nicki - Thanks for checking in despite not being able to work out. I know there's a solution for you! I'm so sorry you are dealing with this level of discomfort :(

Good afternoon ladies, sorry, I have been snowed & sleeted in! I usually take care of it
myself, but this, I just could not. Neighbors just left from clearing me a small path to
get my car in & out, so thankful! My driveway is on a downward slope, so that doesn’t
help.

Siobhan, nice workout yesterday with 2.0 Killers Legs & a 10 minute YT KB workout.
and today with YT Dan the hiit man - upper body weights for 35 minutes & another 10 minute YT KB workout.

Annette, great workout yesterday witha 51 min.Fit with Ashlee Cardio kickboxing workout!

Nora, gosh I have all the Virtual Active dvds, but haven’t done one in ages! You had
a passport workout as well that sounds lovely, especially when I look out the window!

Boss Loops: Glutes & Core - Timesaver #3 Floor work & Glutes and Core = 35 Min

Hi ladies,

I wimped out today just too cold to go out, sigh.

But I did Taebo Get Ripped which had an almost 30 minute weight segment that I forgot was that long!! It was good but more intense than I remembered. So that was 60 minutes long, I was using 2 and 3 pound dumbbells for the weighted segment.

Nicki, I hope you get to the bottom of your leg pain and soon.

Linda, I am glad you are dug out from the snow.

BTW, my chair arrived, just have to wait till hubby gets home to haul it upstairs.

Me too, my whole driveway isn’t done, but enough to get in & out & up to the mailbox,
although I don’t think we got mail yesterday & maybe not today either…. We only got
maybe 5-6 in of snow, but it sleeted all day Sunday! That stuff is rock hard, I couldn’t
make a dent in it! They even had a rough time using a snowblower…..It’s sunny, but
cold & the wind has picked up, making it even colder….Ugh…..

Annette, I love revisiting old workouts and remember why I liked them! Nice Taebo Get Ripped with a 30 minute weight segment for total of 60 minutes long.
I hope to get to the bottom of it. Don't realize how nice it is to have a healthy leg until you don't.

Yes, I did a passport workout yesterday & today. I've had to get out my bike DVDs workouts because of getting close to maxing out on data usage for month. So using the DVDS uses no data.

Taebo Get Ripped - I have this I remember this being very tough, but fun. I'm sure I used 2 or 3 pound weights as well. I can't imagine any heavier with Taebo as you are pretty spent by this point not much left in the tank. That is so fun revisiting old killer workouts, it makes me smile just thinking about those
workouts, good times! Awesome workout with Taebo, just gotta love kickboxing:) Enjoy your evening and chair too;)
