Nice Choices!

My workout(s) today:

YT-Caroline Jordan- Weighted Vest Walking workout- 17 min.
YT-Kate's Home Fitness- "Feel Good Bounce" rebounder workout- 15 min.
STS2- Standing Metabolic Weight plate Core- 11 min. (I think this little standing core workout is my absolute
favorite of all time!) :)

Annette, I just ran across Fit with Ashlee on YT..........have you ever seen her workouts? There are quite a few
cardio kickbox ones. Just thought I'd share...........
 
Hi ladies,

Linda, there are a lot of Ashley's or Ashlee's on YouTube. I saw some but was only quickly looking on my phone before coming to the gym.

Today was a 65 minute gym circuit consisting of weight exercises for chest and triceps, floorwork for abs, and qlutes and elliptical for cardio and 2 tricep machines.

I did flat bench barbell, incline bench for dumbbell press and flyes. Overhead 1 arm at a time for triceps, and kickbacks. Lots of sets some pyramid style mixed with straight sets with decreasing numbers of reps.

Shorter workout but I wanted it shorter today.

Today is hubby's and my 36th wedding anniversary!

where I saw it was on YT…if you search Kate’s Home Fitness, her latest is a short 5-6 min talk about her(Kate’s) fav instructors on YT. She mentioned Fit with Ashlee. There
is a link there, but if you search Fit with Ashlee, it should come up.
