Good morning all!

Nora, great workout yesterday doing LMR2E- Elevated Total Body = 50 Min & XTrain- D10 Ride- Premix #2 Express Ride = 35 Min. Great combo & weights & cycling!

Today's workouts for me:

CatheLive- "21 and Done!" - 35 min.
CrossRope App- "Bottom Tabatas"- RL Jump Rope & Lower Body Bodyweight- 8 min.

That's it!

Hi ladies,

Today was an 112 minute Chest and triceps gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press starting at 55 pounds for 12, the 60 for 10, 70 for 6, I think. Then the flye machine up to 120 pounds for 1, started at 55 pounds, basically went to failure almost since I managed 1 at the 120 mark.

Then I did dumbbells for chest flyes and tricep work including kickbacks with 10 plus a few other exercises. And Incline flyes with 15 pounds.

Then I did the calf machine, and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Ended with the sled cardio style, pulled with strap hand over hand the sled with 2, 45 pound plates on it, pushed it back, added a 25 on top and repeated, then added another 10 and repeated then finished with another 10 (so equivalent to 3 , 45's) and repeated and finished. Stretched a bit.

Nice chest & triceps day, Annette, along with the calf machine, and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, finishing up that 112 minute circuit with the sled. 112 minutes well spent!

Annette- Wowza, 112 Minute workout, that is truly amazing! Awesome gym workout featuring Chest& Triceps today, WTG!.
Nicely adding calf machine work, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then ended with sled style cardio, and a nice stretch. Very well done, bravo!:)
