Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1.0- 4 Day Rotation: Back & Triceps" - 29 min.
LMR- "Functional AnyTime Mobility Bonus" Dvd mix- 10 min.

Hi ladies,

Today ended up being a 100 minutes gym circuit for chest and triceps with 2 leg machines and sled for cardio plus floorwork for abs and legs with a stretch.

Today I did barbell bench press starting at 55 pounds up to 75 pounds. Then I did incline chest press and flyes with 10's, 15's and 20's. With the 20's I did have to lower the bench to 1 notch above flat.

I did tricep exercises with the same weights adding in 25's 2 arm overhead.

Then I did 2 chest machines before going to do 2 leg machines (the glute machine up to 60 pounds) and the leg extension machine don't remember the weight.

Then I did the sled same as l did last week but I shoulder pulled 1 45 and then 2 45's. Then pushed it back both times. Used the rope to pull 2, 45's and then 2, 45's and a 25 on top.

Then floorwork for abs and legs with a stretch.

Long workout and time accounts for me talking for 15 minutes.
