Good morning all!

Nora, nice long workout for you yesterday with YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - Best of 2022 = 44 Min
Fit Split- Shred Cardio/Push Day- Timesaver #3 Just Pull Day = 37 Min...........I need to start checking out some of the shorter premixes on some of Cathe's workouts, they sound interesting!

Today's workouts: YouTube day!

YT-Redwoods- Cardio drumming with Lindsay - 20 min.
YT-gosimpl- Seated Mobility workout with a Pilates Circle- 20 min.
YT-Purely Fufilled Fitness- 12 min. Rebounder Walk

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 67 minute gym circuit for back and chest. I alternated between a chest exercise and then a back exercise
Started with light chest dumbbell press with 15 pounds and flyes, then moved to the back machine with 25 on each side. Then to the chest flye machine then rear delts. Finished with 15 and 20 pound chest press on an incline. I did the inner thigh machine and the glute machine.

Then I over the shoulder strap pulled the sled up and back, the backwards strap pulled the sled up empty and then added 1 45 pound plate and pulled it back.

Floorwork will be later.

Add on 11 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Now I am finished!!

Hello ladies:)

I have to fess up that I did not workout today despite my plans. We had some unexpected stuff come up with the estate stuff so that had to be dealt with.
Also major lack of sleep and needed to take a bi nap after all that, than it was too late to workout and I wasn't really into it today so, no workout.
