Hi ladies,
I am better, but no thanks to the pharmacy who said they couldn't fill my pain medication because of some inventory they were doing. So last night was very painful.
The tylenol for arthritis I take helped some, still can't clench my jaw so eating is not at option. I did lose just over 2 pounds which I will take as a win.
Today I stayed home from the gym and did 2, 20ish minute workouts off YouTube. Both featured 80's music one was a walking workout and the other one was called '80's Dance x Dumbbells Workout (Full Body Toning)'. It was good and I used 3 pound dumbbells for it.
From the looks of it they have other dancing workouts with dumbbells, I see one that is 70's music.
So I did something today.
