I was able to do the YT-Workout with Roxanne- "The 12 Days of Christmas-Kettlebell Challenge" - 20 min. yesterday evening as my add-on.
I had not planned to do any workouts this morning, but decided to go ahead and do my workouts for tomorrow, so Friday will be a rest day for me tomorrow thru weekend.
Today's workouts:
YT-Paul Eugene- "Holiday Cardio Drumming Workout" - 24 min.
YT-Angie Fitness TV- "Holiday Japanese Rebounder Power Walk" - 29 min.
I may be the only one checking in today, LOL! Again, have a wonderful day!
