CatheLive- "Pushups & Situps & Planks..Oh My!"- 26 min. (this is a fun express, I did have to modify some
moves on a few of the exercises)

Today I am skipping the gym to lay in the sun, I know bad me, but I did do the 32 min. Taebo Get Amped workout before going out in the sun. So I did something.

I am taking a few rest days. I haven't been feeling well for a couple of days (stomach bug) and can't muster up the energy to exercise. I'm sad. WTG with your workouts ladies!
