I'm with you, I don't do well with changes to my schedule or routine. It's something I'm learning to not be so hard on myself about and not to be so set in stone. Like I said it's a work in progress for me, I'm learning. Still wonderful workouts. I hope you had good walks with the dogs. Enjoy your evening

Nicely done challenging workout for biceps and finished with a nice stretch. So to hear you were hurting a bit today. I guess rest, gentle stretching, and Aleve would not be a miss either, if you choose.
As for me, I didn't workout today other than doing Leslie Sansone Miracle Miles 2 mile walk with DH. The doctor told him he's either pre-diabetic or diabetic must exercise and make dietary changes. I've told him in on board with helping and making those changes as well. It's easier if we are on the same page food wise shopping etc...Plus exercise I'm happy to do and encourage him. I'm so exhausted the last few days I've been getting by on four or five hours sleep, need more sleep MS does not work well with less than 7 hours a night. Oh well, I will aim to do better.
