Daily Check-in, Monday, October 20, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: Cathe live for 24 minutes (metabolic workout) and moved onto 15 minutes of 2.8 lower body parts premix. I am about to do my own stretch. I worked out on Friday morning but forgot to check in. I couldn't workout this weekend as my DH and DD were gone and I had to walk both dogs. I am not good in with sudden changes to my schedule. I just can't fit it all in :( .

Nice Mon AM workout, Siobhan, doing a Cathe live for 24 minutes (metabolic workout) and 15 minutes of 2.8 lower body parts premix. Sounds good! Today must be "CatheLive" Monday for us!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Upper Body Tubing & Weights" - 32 min.
YT-Earth & Owl - 15 min. Intermediate Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope Workout

Hi ladies,

Today as per my new routine, I came to the gym and did a moderate weight upper body weight workout. I used 15, 17.5 and 20's for the majority of the workout about 15 minutes per weight to go through all the exercises. This included flat chest press/flyes, hammer curls, concentration curls, triceps overhead and kickbacks (no 20's on this), shoulder press (again no 20's), shrugs, wrist curls, lying dumbbell holding fat ends overhead for back, rear delts, I used 12.5 pounds for seated clean and press and a 20 pound barbell for bicep curls. Forgot about the 1 set with an incline bench.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, 1 exercise done with weights, and a nice stretch. All in all a 75 minute upper body moderate weight workout.

Siobhan, that's a good workout with Cathe live for 24 minutes (metabolic workout) and moved onto 15 minutes of 2.8 lower body parts premix. I don't like changes to my schedule either, lol

Annette, that's a good, long workout, especially since it's all upper body!

STS 2.0 Body Parts Biceps for 38 minutes
STS 2.0 Body Parts Biceps Bonus for 6 minutes
Finished up with Total Body Stretching SB#1 for 13 minutes.

Was going to do a leg workout but hurting today

I'm with you, I don't do well with changes to my schedule or routine. It's something I'm learning to not be so hard on myself about and not to be so set in stone. Like I said it's a work in progress for me, I'm learning. Still wonderful workouts. I hope you had good walks with the dogs. Enjoy your evening;)

Nicely done challenging workout for biceps and finished with a nice stretch. So to hear you were hurting a bit today. I guess rest, gentle stretching, and Aleve would not be a miss either, if you choose.

As for me, I didn't workout today other than doing Leslie Sansone Miracle Miles 2 mile walk with DH. The doctor told him he's either pre-diabetic or diabetic must exercise and make dietary changes. I've told him in on board with helping and making those changes as well. It's easier if we are on the same page food wise shopping etc...Plus exercise I'm happy to do and encourage him. I'm so exhausted the last few days I've been getting by on four or five hours sleep, need more sleep MS does not work well with less than 7 hours a night. Oh well, I will aim to do better.
