This morning I managed a 50 minute C&E total body workout. It was so interesting :).

Today's workouts:

YT-CrossRope- 30 min. Cardio & Abs Jump Rope & Dumbbells with Simone
Interval Timer App- 5 min. Upper Body Med Ball add-on.

That's it for today. I have been doing some YT "after meal digestive short indoor walks" (5-15 min.)
sometimes after lunch & after supper, but I am not adding them to my "workout schedule" as I do them
if I can. But, I am enjoying them during the day.

Hi ladies,

Today starts week 2 of this muscle building rotation I am following.

So it was chest and triceps plus my own floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Totally 68 minutes.

I managed up to 75 pounds for the set of 8 barbell bench press started at 55 for 12, 60 for 10, 65 for 10 finishing with the 75.

Did the flye machine, then incline dumbbell press using 12.5 for 12, 15 for 10 and 20's for 8 reps, getting 20 up really taxed my weaker arm especially on an incline. I added in some extra tricep exercises on top of the tricep kickbacks and cable rope pull down.

Then I did my usual floorwork and stretch to round out the workout.

Siobhan, you mentioned that your workout was 'interesting ', care to elaborate on the choice of words to describe your workout?

Annette- You are amazing:) that was a very tough workout definitely not for the faint of heart. Bravo on today's workout targeting chest and triceps plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch. Total workout was 68 minutes!! Phew!!
