Hi ladies,
Today I came to the gym and did a very long circuit workout. First off was the elliptical for 18 minutes, then a very long weight segment that I lost track of time on but consisted of barbell bench press doing 4 sets of 10 at 60 pounds, then the next 2 sets were done at 65 and 70 pounds doing 8 reps each I think.
Then the back machine with 30 pounds on each side, then I did dumbbells for chest flyes, hammer curls, triceps overhead one arm at a time, shoulder press, Arnold press, wrist curls, bicep curls still dumbbells.
Then I went to the stair machine and did 10 minutes on it.
Then I did 1 leg machine for leg press and calves, then I went to do floorwork but saw the ladies barbell and decided to see if I could do some curls.
So I did 12 reps at 20, then 10 reps at 30, then I did 8 reps at 40(remember last week I could only do 4) so I thought why not try 45 and I did 4 at 45!!! New personal record!!!Yay!!
Then I did my floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises and a nice stretch.
Ended up being 91 minutes!!!
I feel good!!
