Annette- WOW!! You are right that was a long gym circuit today of 91 minutes, Bravo!! I love the variety of equipment and doing both weights and cardio, that's killer workout. Congrats on hitting a new PB with 40 and then 45 pounds weights that is awesome, YAY!!!! Then finished up workout with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes w/some weighted exercises plus a well deserved stretch. All I can say is bravo, well done and Merry Christmas
