Good Monday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short C&E lower body workout for 30 minutes. I am short on time this morning as I am heading to Ottawa to pick up my DD and her doggo to bring home for a visit (she has a new BF in Toronto). I likely won't be checking in tomorrow as I'm driving back.

Today was Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble with my boxing gloves on for all of it except the last 7 minutes. I am a sweaty mess!

Calico… I’ve always thought about purchasing boxing gloves. I usually wear my weighted ones. Love RRR!

Cathe Live -PHA: Barbell (#299). This was a good one if you wanted to lift a little heavier with more rest than her usual PHA routines. She was solo due to covid. Followed by KGB. 3500 Steps (most requested songs) Wearing my weighted vest. Music was really good so the time flew by for me
