Hi ladies,

Today was another Fit Combat : FT 68, it was 44 minutes of sweat!! These are actually older workouts from 3 years ago and I found more that are from 5 years ago. But they are good workouts and in this one I even got just over 3000 steps according to my phone so not bad.

Good Morning Everyone,

Sorry to check in a day late. Yesterday I did more Dan from T&D - chest and triceps for 30 minutes. I added on a Cathe live warm-up for 5 minutes and then did my own stretch.

Nice to see most of us getting in a workout!
