Good morning ladies!

Hope this finds everyone good this morning!

Today's workouts:

YT-Michelle Briehler- "25 min. Rebounder Power Walk with Weighted Vest"
CatheLive- "Cardio Core Express" - 33 min.

That will be it for me today. Annette, sending healing prayers and hoping this morning will find you feeling better
and swelling going away. I'll be taking the weekend off, but will try to start thread for the weekend for anyone that will be getting in a workout Sat/Sun.

Still swollen, but I did manage to lay in the sun for 110 minutes despite the antibiotic having sensitivity to sun as a side effect. I took a chance and the sun is lower in the sky this time of year. Nice workout Linda.

Yay Annette, at least you had a relaxing time in the sun…It’s hot as heck here today.

Great job, Nicki, with XTrain Burn Sets Bis & Tris - 37 minutes & Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch -10 minutes.

Annette- I hope the swelling & pain decrease. Nice one laying in the sun, and being cautious of the sun in terms of medication and sun sensitivity. Take care and keep feeling better, have a good night;)

Equipment: 6 pound weighted vest, 2 pound DB pair and 1 12,or 15 pound DB
