Good Morning Ladies,

Felt better yesterday and did LowMax and Gym Style Triceps after work.

Tonight: PLB and Stretch Max on schedule. Will take a rest day tomorrow to prevent what happened on Wednesday from happening again.

Morning all,

Had my softball game last night. The weather was nice and it was invigorating. Today I hit the gym for werights, machines and spinning.

I see we have two check-in threads going, but I'll post here because this one is on top and I like being 'on top'!}( }( }(

Well, I don't know what the heck is going on with my body, but I'm working out like crazy, watching my diet(all except the sympathy potato chips I indulged in late last nite), and I've gained 5 pounds in the last few weeks.

So, today I need some fun and Rhythmic Step should fit the bill, and I will add on some ab work.

Cathy: Glad you are feeling better.

Micki: enjoy your gym workout.

Wendy: Congrats on your last day of work...it is getting closer!

Shelley: ME is on my shedule for next week, along with BootCamp. Glad you enjoyed them so much.

TGIF fitness friends!

Today is a run ( run/walk combo), golf (walking all the way), and abs.

Last night my DD e-mailed me new pictures of her potential apartment in Boston. Next September will be her first time living off campus, and she is very motivated to prepare healthy meals instead of being at the mercy of a dinning hall. My son will also be a freshman at a different school in Boston, so I'll get to visit two kids in one road trip. Plus they get to be only about 15-20" apart. This makes Mama Judy pleased. Anyhoot I just had to share :)

Wendy: 30"? OK, but don't beat yourself up if you need Nap Max! and then go into Nesting Max! It is all positive.

Today was Imax2. I did 6-10 first then 1-5. MM Back & CM Tough premix.

No house hunting today. Unless something comes available. Today is bank, dentist, and soccer.

Tomorrow is Step Jam and ab hits,
Sunday ( MOM's Day ) is SJP, I think.

Yesterday was SuperSets focusing on just legs and shoulders. Chest and Back the day before that with my new 25lb dumb bells. }(

Today will be Boot Camp and Core Max such and such.

Morning Everyone,

Today will be some type of cardio. Have KM on the schedule. May do the Bootcamp Challenge on the premix on that one.

Last night I did the GS Chest & Triceps plus a 3.5 mile run. I am loving this weather.

Good morning,

This morning I did Step Jam. That workout is definitely a classic. It was one of my very first Cathe workouts, about 8 or 9 years ago, and I still enjoy doing it.

Judy - two kids going to college? You must be a proud parent! Is your house empty of kids now?

Wendy - what do you mean, NapMax?? You have two weeks of free time ahead of you! There is no excuse not to workout now! Come on! Lace up those shoes! I'm just kidding, of course. I'm sure you're going to find a zillion things to do with your time, and resting as much as possible is very important. Just make sure you continue to check in with us! :)

Today is DH's birthday, so he has promised to actually come home from work on time today! We'll be hitting the DQ after dinner tonight. I'm looking forward to that!

Wendy- I am so excited for you. I remember back on that time in my life and it was so EXCITING!

Well today will be push/pull abs and later cardio. Most likely treadmill intervals. I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hummmm.. 2 check ins going this morning so I will post under both. I did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back today minus pushups and back floorwork. May do cardio later.:7

Hello ladies! i am still walking funny from l/g yesterday! those damn calf raises kill me! today is RS for me! with risers. wish me luck!

Sandra: tell dh happy b-day from texas! does he ever use your coffee cup? ya'll have a Dairy Queen in Edmonton? i thought those were strictly "southern" what the hell do i know right?:p

Ok I got my cardio in I did Cardio Kicks using weighted gloves for the drills at the end.}( :7
