Daily Check-in, Friday, July 11, 2025

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

I forgot to check in yesterday (I did a 40 minute DTHM workout - total body weights - it took longer as I needed more rests). Today I did 30 minutes of Cathe's latest live (I don't have much in my tank today due to limited sleep).

ChelePA - that was a big workout yesterday! CDorner and Cathe! WTG :)

Good morning ladies!

Nice workouts yesterday & today Siobhan! I hear you on limited sleep! I wish I could sleep better than I do.

Today's workouts:

YT-CrossRope- "Back & Biceps" Weights & Jump Rope - 20 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- 25 min. Rebounder Power Walk with Wt'd Vest
Blender- "LMR2 Bonus Metabolic add-on" - 15 min.

That's it! Everyone enjoy their day...& workouts (if you do!)
 
Upper body day so I decided to do CD live this morning-Arms and More. 2 exercises-10 reps, alternating for 3 minutes. Definitely needed to pick the right weight because this was quite challenging. Each round was followed by 2 minutes of oblique work. Added on Cathe Live #61. 2015 Roadtrip Kickboxing. Thank goodness there was minimal legwork because I’m feeling it from yesterday. Forgot how long Jenn Arnott has been with her. She was in this class and I’ve seen her in earlier ones too. I wonder if she was originally an instructor or became one once she started with Cathe? Anyone know?

Have any of you ladies participated in a Roadtrip or Live at the gym?

Jenn A started.......but I know that it was just her & Cathe in the FitTower 3 dvds that came with the tower years ago, so it was probably before that too.

No, I have never been on a RoadTrip or a Live class (not sure I would be able to handle it :) I do know I would
be on the back row......or even on the other side of those glass doors! LOL! It would be nice tho' to visit her
gym and see everything and even maybe see a Live class in person.
 
Hey, ladies again, just came home after 3 hours and 5 minutes at the pool. It was heavenly. Sun wasn't as corporative as I would have liked but the pool water was perfect.

One of my pool friends decided to take me around and introduce me to all the gray hair mares (most of which I have seen before just didn't know names) and I guess with my white hair she thought I should be properly introduced.


Anyway, it was nice and relaxing .

Oh and I wore my boxing gloves during the Taebo this morning since the people in the video also had gloves on.
