Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 30 minute KB workout from YT. I added on a 10 minute mobility/squat stretch workout and an additional stretch of my own. Back to work today....

Nice workout this AM Siobhan! I assume your "KB" workout on YT was kettlebell, or was it kickbox? Either
way, great workout!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "LMR2E Bonus: 3 Day Split- Biceps & Triceps" - 22 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- "25 min. Ropeless JR & Rebounder workout"

Hi ladies,

Today's focus was chest, biceps and triceps with the elliptical as cardio, 1 leg machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes using some light weights. It was 78 minutes long.

Honestly, I almost didn't come. Cold weather makes slow to get going in the morning/afternoon.

So I mismatched a couple of things in today's workout. I started with barbell bench press for 12,10,10, 8 reps, started with 65 for 12 but quickly dropped to 60 for the other sets.


Then onto dumbbells for chest press using 15's for sets of 15,12 and 10.

Then Incline dumbbell press same weight and reps as above.

Then Triceps 1 arm overhead using 15's 1 arm at a time don't remember how many.

Then 1 dumbbells holding fat ends for triceps also with a 15.

Then dumbbell hammer curls with 15's.

Then barbell bicep curl doing 12 reps at 20 pounds, 10 reps at 30 and 6 reps at 40.

Then the elliptical for 20 minutes.

Then 1 leg machine, and floorwork with a stretch.
