I've been thinking about ordering Cathe's CTX series. I'm just coming off a 90 day FIRM rotation and one of my knees is telling me that all that FIRM tall box work is a little too much for it. I was contemplating doing a FIRM/Cathe rotation and doing a week or two of CTX in between FIRM work to give my knee a rest. Is the CTX series pretty easy on the knees? It is the tall box work that bugs my knee. The small box work and step work I'm usually ok with.
I pre-ordered her new set so this would be in addition to that.
