I would like to start a positive, motivational check-in thread for people interested in starting the Xtrain rotation (when it comes
) and doing crossfit. I have gotten in a fitness rut, I've been doing les mills bodypump and running with some low impact Cathe mixed in, and am ready to start a more structured program new year's resolution style!!!
I don't have a lot of weight to lose (but there's def some). I just had my body fat measured, and my goal is to get under 20% this year.
I started a clean eating program after thanksgiving, but backslid since 24 Dec, although restarted today!
I am going to my second crossfit class tonight.
Any Cathletic Supporters wanna do this with me!?!
