Today I did LMR Yoga fusion modified.

Debbie - sorry about the beach. We having some crazy weather lately.Is the beach far from you? Sadie acts normal, she still has diarrhea. Great job on your walk.

Cookie - Oh no, on the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate. I hope you get some sleep tonight.

'Evening! Rainy day here causing my hair to resemble Roseann Roseannadanna! Lots of drama at work but think it is all resolved now. I hate drama!

Deb, maybe we had your weather today. Sorry you didn't get to good weather to go.

Belinda, hope Sadie can get over the diarrhea. Is that related to Addison's? How are you feeling?

Today we babysat for a couple of hours & we walked around the park.

Belinda - Great job with LMR yoga fusion. The beach is about 90 minutes away, sometimes longer in the summer months. How are you doing?

Cookie - It was humid here, I noticed my hair growing too;) Roseann Roseannadanna brings back good memories. I don't like drama either, especially in the workplace but at least it may be resolved.

Debbie - great job on your walk at the park and babysitting. The beach isn’t too far. Lucky you. Thanks for asking I am doing fine.

Cookie - we don’t know if it’s related to Addison Disease? I am waiting for the vet, I may have to take Sadie in today? Knees are still stiff and swollen, it does feel a little better today. How are you feeling? Sorry about the drama at work.

Deb, yes, I'm very thankful it is Friday and I'm not paying much attention to work this weekend! Is your gs crazy about Bluey? I'm learning a lot about that character.

Belinda, hope you received some answers about Sadie, as well as your ankles. Could it be related to a medication?
 
Evening,

Today I did LMR Mobility and Pilates mobility. I was going to try a dance today, I figured I give my knee more time to heal. Still swollen.

Debbie - good job with GS Chest & triceps. Sadie is doing much better today. The diarrhea stopped. Her vet gave me 2 medications to help her. Sadie has an appointment next Friday.

Cookie - Sadie’s vet gave her meds for diarrhea. She is doing much better. My ankles still very aggravating me. Glad you got a good report from the doctor about your husband. So happy to hear.

Today was a walk outside it was really nice out.

Belinda - Great job with LMR Mobility & Pilates. Happy to hear Sadie is doing much better. Hopefully your knee feels better with the rest.

Cookie - It was such a nice day for a walk. Good to hear your DH had a nice report. My grandson doesn't know Bluey yet. I think my DIL only lets him watch Ms. Rachel so far. I'm sure that will change.

Rest day for me today. DH and I went to the apple orchard near by.

Debbie - thank you. Sadie is doing a lot better. No diarrhea. I hope she keeps it up. I been taking it easy with my knees and ankles. Haven’t done a dance in a while. I miss walking, the weather is perfect lately. Good job yesterday.

Today was a walk on the TM, it was raining. It is the 2nd week I went to the Farmer's Market and it was pouring.

Belinda - I bought apples today at the Farmer's Market they looked good. Going to the apple orchard is fun. I'm sure there you had so many varieties at the orchard.

Today I started LMR Week 5 with TB plus Pilates for pickleball.

Debbie - sorry about the rain yesterday. Glad you found an alternative on the TM. The Orchard also has a farmer shop. I picked up lots of veggies.

'Evening! Got some steps in the past two days and Pt exercises. Today babysat gd, so had to miss my pt appt.

Deb, do you have a favorite variety of apples? I love almost all. Miss Rachel is really good. Thanks to gd, I have learned a lot about Bluey!

Belinda, have you been able to start recovering from Sadie's illness and the wedding? Hope you figure out your ankle soon.
 
Hi,

Today was a leg workout at the gym. Also babysat gs in the morning and went to the park. It was nice but can feel fall coming already.

Belinda - Great job with LMR Week 5 TB & Pilates. Interesting Pilates for Pickleball. When we are in FL the Pickleball group asks us to play. I'm not sure about DH but I don't want to get hurt LOL.

Cookie - I'm sure babysitting gd gave you lots of steps. I like cosmic crisps (think they are related to Honeycrisp) but they are hard to find. The ones I picked up at the market weren't labeled but were good.
