Hi and good morning,

Today I have Shock Cardio….MMA Boxing on my schedule + a run. If I go for a long run, I will skip MMA boxing!

Have a great and sweaty workout.

The sun is finally shining here again today...so I will be going outside for a run even though I'm not overflowing with energy!:eek: I also wouldn't mind doing chest and abs but I don't know if I have the time.

Belinda** That's sad about your friend but funny that you sent her a tubing video she doesn't even have to stand up to do! Haha! I was also talking to a lady the other day and she is always throwing herself a pity party! Man, oh man! She complains that she has a bad back and she as to sit down to prepare meals!:mad: She is waiting for surgery. I wonder how much $ our govt uses on fixing up overweight people? She wouldn't need surgery if she wasn't over 300 lbs.

Iris** I did more reading last night...finally done with the "reading" and now I can start memorizing stuff:p I think the reason why I am looking forward to nutrition is b/c I already know so much about it! Soooo happy you have your first client!!!!

O.k...gonna get moving! I will bbl to report!

the vidio I sent to my friend yesterday, you sit in a chair the entire time. She never has to get up once;) I am not that mean:eek::p Enjoy your workout.

Still haven't got my workout in. I got so tired earlier, went back to bad:p Need to wake up! BBL!
 
Good Morning Ladies

Today I will do D33 (Shoulders/Bi's Tri's). I'm so beat. :( I don't even want to get out of bed on most mornings I've noticed. Once I get going I'm ok. And I've had the worst dreams the past couple of nights. Two nights ago I dreamt I was being held down so I could get shots (I'm needle phobic....bad needle phobic), and last night I dreamt I was on a flight somewhere and woke up just before we crashed. It's so weird because I"m sitting here remembering how I felt in that dream! It was so vivid.

Anyways........

Belinda- Have a great workout today! Alright, done deal. I'm gonna do the leg blast rotation next.

Lori- Have a great workout! Glad you're getting through some of this reading.....(I know some of it is tedious) LOL @ you being over the moon about being cyber friends. Yeah I definitely talk to you guys more than my real friends. Honestly, I don't really have any anymore. The friends I do (still kinda have?) are always partying, eating out, etc. I love them, but that's not my lifestyle anymore.

Helene- Ha! What did I tell you about the team? Good thing I didn't get in, either. I think if I had signed up for the team, I would've stayed in. So....go for the gold!! Forget about them! It's all about you and Maui ............ Ok so now I read your later post. Listen, don't overthink this too much. If you're starting to get confused over 100 calories, it's time to step back and take a deep breath. Even take a couple of days to not worry about calories so much, but just eat as clean as you can, and you'll know by how you feel if you've overeaten or undereaten. So give yourself a mental break, and then go back. If you don't you'll just burn yourself out and stress yourself out, and where will that get you?. And I can't stress enough to take a rest day. Ok I'm done. ;)

Deb- Ohhhh I forgot about the smoking part. Funny, last time I was there? I was still smoking. :confused: Hope you had a great time!!!

Amelia- I feel bad you're exhausted from watching the Braves..................NOT! :eek::eek::eek::eek:

Lori, I'm always looking for books on nutrition - that really interests me. So please share some of the info you know and are learning. Do you like AB's slo mo? I hardly ever pull it out. Do like her kickbox surge.
Amelia, sorry about your team. $25 sounds pretty good to me, especially w/o a commitment.
Iris, I can't make it on Monday. Rearranging the Father's Day celebration would disappoint my dh too much and he's always so supportive of me that I'd feel guilty doing it. Sorry. The tuna hummus is awesome - had to make more to bring it into work others were asking for it. BTW do you remember that I kept saying meso 3 made me so tired?
Helene, gee I think 1600 calories is too low for the caliber of wo you do. Is that what the site recommended to you?
Deb, I don't like to gamble either. I'm sure you'll find some shopping.

Got home at 10:30 last night, so didn't post, but then I didn't sleep well. 4 hrs sleep! One report went to SED yesterday and the other is up for discussion this evening. One more to go.... MIS yesterday and SC AS this morning That AS is awesome. What's up with all this rain we're having?

I am with all of you. I spend more time chatting with you on the computer than real people. LOL, what a group we make. But I guess we do have the same interests :D

Thanks for all your advice. I am upping my calories to 1500-1600 (I like to give myself a window, it makes it easier). On the refuel days I will go to 2000-2100. I will let you know how it all works out. And fine, I have changed my schedule (which I pencil in) and I have penciled in rest days. I hope it's OK that I penciled in Yoga on those days.

For now, I'm off to do Back and triceps and then a bit late to work. But it's the day of the month again where I stay until close to midnight. So I am not going to feel bad about strolling in there late :p

BBL for personals. Thanks again everyone for all your input.
 
Checking back in with D33 done and also SJP Abs/Stretch. Those planks get me every time!

Cookie- That's ok. ;) I understand. As Lori would say....I am "not impressed" with the weather!!

So...there's a 5k coming up in September (which my client has a goal of running in.) But I want to run in it too because I saw half the proceeds go to St. Peters Cancer Care (which is where my mother goes). So, either of you two interested in running with me???? :D:D Pretty please??
 
Hey Girls!

My workout today was a 10.5 km run with the dog and slo mo chest. I didn't get any abs work in:( but that's all I can do about that.

Belinda** Still laughing at your friend sitting in the chair. Willing to bet she will turn the workout off and watch Regis instead!;)

Iris** I would love to come run 5 k with you. Would you like to pay for my plane ticket? Ill make a deal with you...you pay for my plane ticket and give me a place to sleep and I will pay your registration for you:D Sounds FANTASTIC!!! I don't really hang out with anyone either. I use to have a couple of close friends but that twindled. One of them I am still close with but the other one isn't even on this planet anymore. Im not sure where her head is at.

Cookie** I have had DOMS all week from that workout. Its nice to have different moves. I will probably pull it out more often. Its to bad its so long b/c it takes forever to do! I have to break it down into 1-2 body parts in order to fit it in! And you know that I have alot of time to work out!!!:rolleyes:

Helene** Let us know what happens you up your cals!!!

Hi girls,

I ended up doing CCV4, outside! I burned 518 cal. Not sure if I have the engery for a second cardio today.

Lori - I'll bet your right about my friend:eek::p she is lazy! LOL! Nice job, on your run.

Helene - glad your upping your cal;) you don't want to get sick! I do eat more than 1600 cal:p otherwise I don't have engery. Enjoy your UB wo today.

Iris - nice job on D33 + abs today.

I need to walk my dogs than hopefully I still have enough engery to do my 2nd wo!:rolleyes: BBL!
 
Morning

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday so now im having to alter my rotation to fit that in. Today is cardio, thinking of doing the step combo's in C&W. I also plan on mowing the back yard later this evening(if it doesn't rain)

Iris-I hear ya on your smack talking and im ignoring you (I wish i could find a smiley doing the tomahawk chop,lol) Your 5k sounds like fun, wish i could run in it with you! Sorry to hear your having bad dreams...they sound awful

Helene-I'm eating 1500 today too, yesterday was a rest day so i kept my cals right at 1400. I may even go to 1600 if i get hungry after mowing the lawn:confused: Heck, as long as were counting calories and staying focused on our workouts, results will come...they have too,LOL! Its pretty exciting...can't wait to WI on Sunday morning:D (an't wait to eat me a cheat meal on sunday too:p)

Cookie-Nice job on your workouts! rain,rain go away. I was surprised we didn't get any thunderstorms yesterday...probably will today since i plan on cutting the grass later:rolleyes:

I am beat today, that was quit a workout:D Not sure how my legs feel tomorrow, I will do D3!

Howdy girls,

Hope you're all doing well! I'm doing my MIA thing..again! Actually, I am doing my binge thing again and I can't take it anymore. It makes me feel so bad. (Loud sigh!) Anyway, I decided to seek professional help and have an appt with a psychologist who deals with eating disorders. I'm not sure that I have one, but I feel really helpless at times (I know it's not healthy but I do it anyway - WTH is that??). I am still working out (b&g leg blast killed me this AM!) so hopefully that is doing some damage control. Hope to be back checking in again once I get my life a little more in check!
