**Clean & Tidy on a Wednessday**

I'm up super early and it's freezing cold outside.

Nina cir blast was fun and some of the moves were new.I'm a little sore today but not bad.

I was thinking of doing Cathe Sept rotation (both sts) or doing the new cardio stuff with Chalene Extreme. Cir Blast reminds me of Chalene for some reason.


Gotta get ready for work..another short day for me. YAY

(a few notes from yesterday...)

Kate, have you ever eaten lima beans fresh from the garden? OMW divine! Chris's grandparents have a big garden and grow TONS every year - usually enough for everyone in the family to freeze and eat for a year. They are soooo good. But you have to cook them right!

Nina, no the garage is NOT climate controlled. It's pretty cold in there, but I warm up once I start running. Your workouts put mine to shame.

Collin is gone with Frank's parents for a few days to visit Frank for Christmas. I HATE when he is gone:( The house is sooooo quiet! I am trying to make the most of it but really I hate it.

WO this morning was hill intervals, 5 min rest, then steady state run for a total of 4 miles.

Today is my last *official* day of work this week but I am going in tomorrow in jeans to get some stuff done. I think my boss is giving me time and a half comp time for it!

terrible sleep last night, prob due to the choc chips. i am wiskedly cafffine sensitive. off to run shortly, then mor eplayground time. abs and legs later maybe. hope my sc comes today, fingers crossed. eats will stay on track. bbl
 
Good Morning Everyone!

Well mattress shopping last night was a success and our new mattress will be delivered next Friday. Also picked and ordered bedding online and hopefully that will arrive before our bed. We tried to go to a store to get the bedding but they would have the flat sheet but not the fitted, etc. Just got to be too frustrating. Still need to get one more set of sheets which I will try to do this weekend.

I slept in this morning - I guess I am exhausted. My sinuses are bothering me too which I hate. Will try to do 30 min Muscle Definition tonight.

Clintonya, I am surprised Costco was empty but I guess everyone went before Christmas.
Katie, sorry Collin is away. Just remember this when he is not on his best behavior...
Kate, avatar is definitely an adult movie with a political message. Some of our friends have been turned off by that.
Robin, yay for shorter days. I wish my day was short but maybe tomorrow I will leave early.

Nina, sorry you did not sleep well last night. I am sensitive to caffeine too and I have to be careful about eating it in the evening too. I have my fingers crossed for your sc.
 
Hi Girls !!!!

I was here so early there wasn't even a thread started yet !!! I woke up at 4 this morning . ugh

I did the scrambled eggs premix of circuit blast. Just wanted to get the feel of that workout AND I wanted time to add on.........first I will say I liked CB a lot .
I'm not a huge fan of all the air jacks, jumps etc and there are a lot but also lots of new moves and at least in the premix, it jumped all around.....really kept me (and my muscles !!) guessing !!!
Then I added on the warm up and 1st combo from Step Moves x 2. I wanted to learn it and it's FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm going to attack SM that way......a combo at a time so I don't get frustrated. Combo one wasn't too hard though and I had it down by the second time through.
The workout total was right at an hour, maybe just a tad longer.

Now I've gotta start my day! Lot's to do !!!

becky, nice wo! thats a great idea, to break up step moves that way. dying to try the new step, mma, and travel fit but cant figure out to fit it in my schedule...thats why the gym has been so good for me, because they have the babysitting!

nina, can you nap with your little ones? sorry you are so caff sensitive, i cant imagine my life w/o coffee, lol!!

went to groove today. overall im feeling good about my WOs, energy level and committment. no movement on the scale in the last 2 weeks but i cant let that discourage me, my eating has been terrible because of the holidays. there is no way that scale wont move once i get the eating back in check. it will happen for me because i am MAKING it happen for me. this year i will fit in my clothes again!
 
hey evryone - wos done! 8 mile run and cp and r from insanity - not the wisest choice after gs c and t yday, but it felt good and fun. we had a great morning at the playground, and a nice time thru lunch. look forward to getting back outside soon. dinner with be baked salmon and potatos and broc.

anne, hope the meetings go well. aidan is all better now.

ohhh wendy, what are you trying to purchase? what time does jj get up? can you exercise early am? you have great goals for the year for sure.

colleen, new mattress and new bedding sounds so good. i changed my sheets 2 days ago and it was heavenly.

becky, i am glad to hear there are premixes on the new dvds. for some reason i thought there were not:confused: hope to do cb tomorrow.

no naps here, but i better sleep well. i used to be a caffine addict, but 4 plus years of ttc, pregnancy, and nursing took me off and kept me off regular coffee. i drink tons of decaf, and 1-2 cups of white or green tea a day. i am thinking of adding some reg coffee back in, just b/c all the studies seem to point to a little being really good for you. hmmm. my mom retuns from visiting my brother in wisconsin today. i truly hope to not have a drama filled new yr. kiddos p - bbl
 
nina, i did it, purchased all 4 TLTs plus eoins power yoga for happiness... and this is after removing a whole bunch of nonsense i didnt know i needed.
thanks for the encouragement. besides knowing my health is super important and wanting to be healthy for my kids and dh, my closet full of clothes and shoes that dont fit is the best motivator i have!

green tea has some caff, yes? i still drank coffee during my pgs, but down to 1 cup a day. maybe i drink more than is recommended now while im still nursing...

Hi everyone, hope you had a good day – quick post, been a busy day. Long day at work and then youngest DD had dance practice so we are just getting home. I am going to do Body Max 2 cardio only now. I will catch up tomorrow. Yea for a day off! Happy new year’s eve eve everyone :)

Did CicuitBlast - had to modify some for my shoulder but it felt good to get it done.
