Classical stretch - where do you fit it in?

I've just got CS Full Body/Athletes and the Express DVD. I usually do 3 days cardio, 2 days weights and one other day (maybe pilates, yoga or lower body only). Miranda says do CS 3 times a week. To CS fans, I'm not sure whether to substitute one of my weight workouts with a CS? Will I lose the effects of using weights if I do this? Have you seen good toning effects using CS instead of weights. Do you find maybe 2 CS per week enough? Basically, how on earth do I fit 3 sessions into my already packed week!!!
