Does anyone here workout to the cia videos? if so has anyone ordered the new ones? I've been working out for years includiing jogging and doing kickboxing and some of the Cathe's cardio w/os ( Imax2, Bootcamp, Kick Max)So are the cia w/os advanced enough? what about impact?
I appreciate any info since I know nothing about them and would like to have an option in case I want to buy new w/os.
Thanks in advance.:)

rachel,

i have only done a few so far and they are pretty advanced but don't expect the same cueing as you get with cathe. i ordered the 2200 series a month ago but have only done 2 workouts. while i like the workouts and the intensity i think the cueing is a bit off. they may have fixed that problem since then(seeing its an older workout). but you can check out some of the videos they have at collagevideo.com and watch the previews. they are not long but they should give you an idea and they break down the workout with their little color chart too.

Just chiming in here to add -

I would look for anything by Franny Bennedetto, great choreography and good intensity, each workout 60 minutes long.

Also, Donna Read Step Power and Pump is nice change for a circuit workout, Her Hi/lo with intervals is very good also. Both are about 70 minutes, I think.

Seasun Zeiger is fantastic, very advanced choreographically, and her first workout, Rock Steady Step, is not the best as far as cueing, but her next endeavor, The Next Step, is great!

I also like both the Step Til you Drop workouts, 3 different instructors working together with 3 different styles.
