Okay, Sorry if I do something wrong, but I have never posted my own message before!(LOL)
Today I did the PS Biceps, MIS Biceps, Imax intervals 1-6, and I added the PLB stability ball work to get more leg work in. I was going to do the abs that I skipped yesterday, but I was too tired. I had almost forgotten how much fun Imax 1 is! I really liked it! I was proud of myself because I used 20 lb. dumbells on a set of the hammer curls. I can see a lot of improvement in my strength for certain types of exercises.
