Earlier this month, I ordered nine Cathe's. I was in heaven, til today when I tried to preview Circuit Max and there was no sound. I sent an email to Cathe's customer service dept to see if they'd replace it. And a few hours later they responded by saying "Sorry for the inconvinence. We'll send you another one right away. No need to return the defective one." Is that great or what? Wow, I'm so amazed. First, SHE responded to a rotation question a few weeks ago, and now this. :7 All I can do is cheese.
