Hi Cathe,
I am 56 and new to your workouts. I must say, I am hooked in just a few months.
I have recently ordered a few of your body toning/ muscle toning workouts, but need some cardio. I did order Basic step and High Step Circuit/beginners.
I have two left feet and need one that is not too complicated or difficult, even if it is one of your older workouts. All the aerobic ones I read about seem to be for the advanced exerciser or the exercisers who do not have two left feet. Any suggestion on something for my age that I can get a good burn with and at the same time, not feel lost?
Maybe you can come out with some more workouts for us beginner/intermedietes?
