I, like someone else mentioned, got hooked on Cathe this way (by seeing her on Fit Tv). We have Tivo with Direct Tv, and when I first discovered her, I set the Tivo to record any and all of her shows on Fit Tv. My collection of Cathe videos consists of all these shows that are Tivo'd from Direct Tv. It gave me a chance to review her style, work through a bunch of her videos, and best of all, I just have to press a few buttons to get started (I don't have to fiddle around with dvd players). I haven't bought any videos yet. We are buying a house and we need to watch every penny spent right now!
The videos on Fit Tv are shorter (are not the original full length versions sold on the site), but for a beginner, I think the length is an excellent start. For the person who knows she wants more of Cathe, you know what to expect in the videos from what you have seen on Fit Tv. You can choose wisely when you decide you can't live without these high quality workouts and need to purchase them. When you do get the full version, it's like you're getting a surprise because there is a part of the video you haven't seen yet and it will continue to be challenging until you learn the routine.
My favorites, based on what I have from Fit Tv are Push/Pull, Rhythmic Step (I just can't get the 3rd routine yet!); Kick, Punch and Crunch; Step Blast; Core Max 1; Pyramid Upper/Lower Body; Step, Jump & Pump; Cardio & Weights.
I am sure you will enjoy Cathe and feel challenged and accomplished by doing her workouts. Good Luck!
