Hi Cathe! You are by far my favorite 'exercise instructor.' I love to do your workouts. My deal is I look pretty good in clothes, but I want to be swimsuit good. I'm at a point where I can get buy and look pretty good. However, I want to push myself past that threshold to the next level. I feel I workout fairly hard, but I'm not really looking like I do. I do cardio for at least 30 min 5 times a week. I've just really started getting into the weights because I've recently recovered from varicose vein surgery---hurt to do them before and had to heal after surgery. I don't really do any complicated sequences. I get confused when it gets complicated. I don't know how to vary it up. I guess what I'm wondering is: Is it good enough to just moderately vary up cardio between 3 and 4 of your intense workouts plus some treadmill work? In addition, add some weight bearing workouts of yours as well. I just don't want to be spinning my wheels because I'm ready to start looking different for all the hard work I'm doing. Also, I think I eat too many sweets. How much cheating is too much? That is really my downfall. I need some serious motivation on that because I think it is holding me back. Thank you for any help as I'm ready to look like I really bust booty.
