Cathe, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but laying on my tummy/chest on the stability ball, makes me feel like I can't take a breath. Is there something I can do (aside from not using the ball) to adjust to this uncomfortable feeling? Alexis
Hi Alexis! Unfortunately it'll always seem a little uncomfortable but w/time it does improve. Just keep at it using lighter weight & you'll see your body will become accustomed to it. Good luck! Kathy
