I just wanted to tell you that I am so glad you are making these new dvds, especially the circuit ones, I have been craving for your circuit workouts since circuit max and cardio and weights.
I have ordered them all , and they all have their place.
sometimes I want to do one of your dvds but depending on my fitness level which fluctuates from time to time, you keep kicking my butt,so I have to pick someone elses easier video.
Also my work schedule does not allow me to train the way I want. so I like to get cardio and weights all done at the same time, therefore I am glad you have created the circuit ones, which helps me to save time, and also the beginner workouts which I can do when I want to work out with you but not kill myself,or when I am coming back from an injury. I also like the fact that we will be able to increase our weights if we want to work harder.
(I just love circuit training and I cant wait).
