I got it and I am truly impressed! This must have taken a lot of time and effort to put together. Thanks for sharing with all of us Lunacat, (and thanks for the killer Mish-Moshes Aquajock)! Looking forward to making some great rotations with all this info.:)
 
Yep, I am working through the update of the Compendium at this very minute. Not sure how long it will take to finish, but I'm on page 20 right now.

I'm adding the 4DS and decided while I was at it I'd go ahead and add Low Impact Step/Total Body Sculpting and Total Body Stretching. I guess they were left off for being rather easy, but I thought it would be nice to have them detailed as well (sometimes I need easy, myself).

When I'm done, I'll mention it on the Open forum and I'll upload it to my blog where it will be available for anyone to download. The earlier version is already on my blog--specifically you can find it here: http://fitfig.com/tools
