Cathe F. deserves our appreciation. I know from my own experience that turning out a higher quality product at an average market price usually means taking a much lower profit, or, more often, losing money. As a perfectionist, Cathe is obviously willing to accept this. We are lucky that she is in a position to do so.

Both your points are so well taken. I only know Kathy S. through the forum and now through her great idea of showing our appreciation to Cathe, but she does seem to be a wonderful person.
Also, I was thinking about the profit issue myself this morning. We are getting so much on these DVD, beyond the two VHS workouts on each volume, and at the same price as the two VHSs, which as you mention is the average market price. How can Cathe do that, except for her dedication to us? That's why I kind of went off a little while ago on another thread in which some people were complaining about the wait. I agree wholeheartedly with what you said.
