Cathe - Aug rotation - lower body two days in a row??

I'm just about to start the August rotation ( I had to buy a few to get it started and they just arrived!) and I'm wondering - there are some days when the lower body is worked two days in a row. Is that ok? Is there a reason you did this? Will this help with building & definition?
 
I'm not Cathe but I can tell you that there is a leg training called 'Freestyle' where legs are worked 4 to 6 days per week. The weights used should be at 70% of maximum lifting capability (from what I recall).
