I've been exercising with you since 1995. I've received my Hardcores and they are fabulous! I would like to ask you - when previewing GS Legs, I noticed that you have a wonderful hamstring development. In an earlier post you said that, in addition to your regular teaching schedule, you worked out hard at the gym 4 days per week in preparation for this series. I'm assuming that one of those days was a leg day and am curious about which exercises/machines you used for your hamstrings. This is one area that is very difficult for me to develop. In addition to your workouts, I also run and spin, but nothing seems to give my hams that nice full look that you have developed. I'd really appreciate your advice on this.
