Can the PS tapes be split?

Hi

Cathe if you are reading this I love the MIS tape and wanted to thank you. I have lost 25 pounds in the last year due to exercise videos. I split the MIS tape into two days because I have only half an hour in the morning to exercise. My question is that I am thinking of getting the PS set but the tapes are a bit long for my rotation. Is there any way to split them or will they lose their effectiveness that way? thanks,

Jo

Hi Jo

I am not Cathe but I do use the PS tapes

First, congratulations on the 25 pounds. That takes a lot of commitment and hard work..way to go!

The PS tapes are put together real nice. If you wanted to split them up into one body part a day routines you could. The leg tape is fairly long but I tend to shorten it by cutting out the floor work at the end if I am crunched on time. As far as the other two tapes...CST is set up exactly as the title. You do your chest work first with 4 great exercises, moving onto shoulders with another 4 to target your delts and last is a pretty good tricep routine with another 4-5 exercises. All could be done seperate or mixed and matched to your liking. The Back and Bicep tape is set up the same way.
I guess it all depends on how much you want to precue your tapes. I think you could easily split them up for 1/2 workouts.

Jo, have you checked out the new 6 pack set coming out this summer? Cathe is doing a one body part a day followed by a 30 minute cardio section . It could be ideal for your time issues

Hi Jo!

Congratulations on your weight loss Jo! What an accomplishment. I admire your focus and determination.

While the PS series is especially designed to be done in its entirety(with the exception of the leg tape which can be divided into 2 parts...part 1 standing work and part 2 floor work)the upper body tapes can be divided and still be effective. Nancy just did a wonderful description (thanks Nancy

) on how you can divide them. Our new 6 pack series will also feature 10 to 12 minute upper body workouts and a 30 minute leg workout. These may fit nicely into your time frame or even be added on to a portion of your PS workouts for an additional intensity boost. Have fun!
