Calorie Zig-Zagging or Staggering Question

Hi. I am interested in calorie zig-zagging or staggering.

What method do you use? Calorie based or macronutrient based?

How did you determine what your calorie average for the week should be?

How long did it take to see results?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, for me, I usually stick around 1500 calories a day. I don't taper my calories for each meal I eat. My meals are around 250 to 300 cals and I eat about 5 to 6 times a day, just depending on how hard I work out or how many calories I burn. I hope that helped! But everyone is different. Just test it out! Oh and by the way..I started seeing really good results (weight loss, looser jeans, flatter tummy) in about 2 weeks! It was great!
