Hello!
Just wanted to start a thread for people starting STS and trying to lose fat with whatever method works! Of course, everyone is welcome.
I am meant to do disc 3 (legs) tonight, so steeling myself for not being able to walk tomorrow.
I did 45 minutes of cardio this morning, 15 on the rowing machine, 15 jogging on the treadmill, and 15 on the elliptical, being careful to keep my HR at 140-150 for optimal fat loss, according to BFFM.
Still haven't tackled the part of BFFM that outlines exactly what you are supposed to be eating, but I am easing into.
Stacy, I agree with you about lean cuisines. The only good thing about them at this point is that they are not dominos
. This weekend, I plan to work out what I need to be eating, so I don't "waste" all this exercise!
Janis, I appreciate the book suggestion, and I ordered the Schwarzbein principle book from the library, and it's waiting for me!
I can read the forum at work, but can't reply because it's blocked (I work on a military base).
I hope everyone has a wonderful night!
Lisa
