Bug: Login issues

Login does not stay active when switching between subdomains of cathenation, i.e., logged in forums, go to workout manager or home page etc., have to relog in and the following error:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Is this a cookie issue?

I am having the same problem when I use Safari. When I use Firefox, it seems to work better, but I prefer to use Safari.

It is a cookie issue and we're aware of it. We haven't looked into it much yet, but we're working our way to it. It is annoying, but you can work around by closing your browser and then open a brand new browser.
