Hello all! I just purchased a punching bag. I worked on a little this morning...but I'm wondering if anyone else uses them and if you have a routine, suggestions...? Thanks!
I was just looking up stuff about punching bags this morning.I saw that Billy Blanks has a boxing video.Where did you get your bag?We recently were on vacation and the workout room had a punching bag there and I loved it!
I LOVE MINE!! I have the Taebo Impact tapes you're talking about and the kick/punch standing bag. I use it at least twice a week and nothing makes me feel quite as good as Billy yelling "WORK IT BABY, WORK IT," during the workout.
