I have never done the bonus premix on this dvd. Has anyone? And if so, how long is it and did you like it?

I think this premix is about an hour long. It's been soooo dang long since I've done it. I remember liking it though. Give it a shot. If you don't like it you can do something else. I don't recall it being too extreme or anything if that's what you are wondering about.

I have in my notes it's about 70 minutes long. I really like it, and do it more often than the separate workouts.

ME tricep dips
ME kickbacks

ME chest flys
BC push-ups

ME abs

ME stretch
 
Great circuit workout! I really like this one. The only caveat about te bonus is that it's not chaptered, so if you need to go back to get that heavier dumbbell you have to rewind, not chapter back.
