I DID IT...... I DID IT......

I absolute love the Boot Camp workout. OMG that is advance, had to modify some of the moves because I couldn’t do them. I use 5, 8, & 10 #s, because tomorrow I am going to do muscle endurance which I am planning to use 8, 10, 12, & 15 #s.
One day I will get there. I love, love, love this workout. I wish I could do it everyday.

Life is good. Praise God.

Good job!
I did the BC rotation challenge last June. BC got me to where I could do the rest of Cathe's workouts without feeling like I'm going to fall over. I did ME yesterday. I remember really stuggling with lifting a 20# barbell over my head for the squats a few months ago. Yesterday I was able to match Cathe's wt and add even more.

Boot Camp is a good one! Not at all suprised to here you say you love it. I did that one yesterday. You will love Muscle Endurance as well, that one I did on Monday.

Tells us what you think of Muscle Endurance after you complete it.
 
Congratulations! I felt that way the other day when I made it through IMAX 2 for the first time! Cathe is so great! After my credit card cools down from buying hardcore I'd like to try bootcamp!

Bootcamp is my favorite. I only have it recorded off of FIT TV though, so I only get 6 out of 8 sets. It still kicks my butt anyway}(

I remember the first time I made it through this one - it's a toughie! Those Terminator climbers are killer.

My stats are similar to yours - 192/143/125. How long have you been doing Cathe's videos?

Oh my...I'm loving the title too!:7 BC is my planned workout for tonight. It has been a while so I'm kind of looking forward to it and kind of dreading it at the same time! :p

Ok ladies enough.

At least I gave you a good laugh. Today I did muscle endurance and already liked it.

Yesterday was my first workout with Cathe and I am become addicted already.
