bonus combo on BC/ME

I recently bought BC/ME since I just started doing Cathe a few months ago. I love the workouts, but I finally looked at the menu more closely and discovered the bonus combo of the 2 workouts. Since I have not had a chance to do it, I was wondering what people thought of workout and how often they did it vs the other 2. (My kids would not let me preview it fully either).
 
I don't do this one often, but it is good and it is tough. It has less cardio segments and more weight work, as you might expect. I like it, and use it as a total body weight day.
 
I haven't done it in awhile, but I remember thinking at the time that it was quite a good leg workout - lots of leg work from ME and BC in that one. It has only 4 BC cardio segements, but I was good and tired when it was over.
