Bodymax - power circuit ?

I have recently started exercising again after hurting my back and only being able to powerwalk and no weights.
I have been using Bodymax once per week and am having trouble getting the weights right during the leg/power circuit segment. Cathe (or anyone else who does this workout) could you please let me know what weights you are using, just for a guide or something to aim for - during the upperbody section I use 3/4 of the weight Cathe is using.
Secondly, during the leg section I find that I am having to give up before the end because of my racing heartrate and not because my legs muscles are exhausted. Is this usual? Is it because I need to improve my cardio ability to get the full benefit of this section or are my weights too heavy? Or could it be my form?
Any help or suggestions you could give me would be much appreciated. TIA

I think Cathe uses a 35 pound barbell in this tape for the power circuits. If you are too winded, just lower the weight, or the "depth" of your squats and lunges until you can handle it.
 
Thank you mogambo for the info. I think I will lower my weight. I would love to be able to do this whole workout with the same weight as Cathe. When she says "I will be using xpounds" I always answer "and I won't". I look foreward to the day when I can say "yeah, me too Cathe" :)
